Company: Pascal Kerbel Prod, French company registered in Bordeaux, SIRET #878 634 070 00014.

Client: Any company, organization or individual having placed an order with Pascal Kerbel Prod.

Quotes: Quotes are free and valid for 28 days. They are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may vary depending on the specifications validated.

Fees: Fees are confirmed at the time of acceptance by the customer and will appear in the signed contract.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for additional costs in the event of delay on their part or modifications after validation of the elements (scenario, storyboard).

Cancellation or Modification: Cancellations less than 72 hours before production begins may result in a fee being charged. Cancellation after production begins may result in 100% of the fee being charged.

Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, Pascal Kerbel Prod may postpone video deliveries.

Insolvency: The client must inform Pascal Kerbel Prod in the event of insolvency proceedings.

Authorized Signatory: The person signing the Pascal Kerbel Prod contract must be authorized to commit the client financially.

Ownership of works: Pascal Kerbel Prod retains the rights to the works created. The client cannot use the production elements without prior agreement.

Presentation materials: The presentation materials remain the property of Pascal Kerbel Prod and cannot be used by the client without authorization.

Client's Duty of Cooperation: The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of text and images in submitted materials.
